Thermaltake Element S

The Element S is Thermaltake's latest enclosure made for the enthusiast market. At first glance, it appears to be a modest mainstream case. Thermaltake touts the Element S as a box that provides plenty of cooling, low-noise and an inside out, black paint job.  As intriguing as that sounds, we really want to see for ourselves.

There's the old saying: You can pick your friends, you can pick your nose, but don't pick apart your friends new case (or something like that). Well, if that is correct then we have to apologize because we just can't follow that rule. We plan on picking this enclosure apart to see how it compares to other mainstream enclosures on the market. Thermaltake includes a plethora of screws for power supply, optical drive and fan installations; as well mobo standoffs and zip ties for cable management. Everything except the stand offs are black, to match the black interior/exterior paint job.
