Any discussion of gaming keyboards isn't complete without talking about Logitech's immensely popular G15 plank. Arguably the best gaming keyboard on the market (we're sure Saitek and Razer would object), the G15 included all the obligatory amenities associated with a high end board -- media controls, backlit keys, programmable keys -- and then upped the ante by tossing in a multifunctional LCD display.
We hate to kill the suspense right from the get-go, but simply put, the best just got better. Logitech's G19 keyboard ditches its old digs for a revamped look, offers a much improved LCD display with a few new tricks up its sleeve, boasts twice as many programmable G-keys, and meshes with any gamer's setup with adjustable color backlighting. It also costs twice as much as it's older G15 sibling. Let's take a closer look.

The G19's real 'bundle' lies within its software, which we'll cover later on. As far as physical inclusions go, Logitech tosses in a basic setup guide, driver disc, wrist rest (not pictured), and power brick. That's right, the G19 requires an external power source, which could be tricky if you plan on toting it around to LAN parties.
Noticeably missing (once you start using the keyboard) is a detail user manual. Most of the options aren't too difficult to figure out on your own, but some features -- like installing the included LCD plugins -- weren't as straightforward as they could be (Protip: Navigate to C:_Program Files_GamePanel Software_Applets and click on the plugins. More are also found in the ColorOnly subdirectory).
